A report is context for comparing two ZIP codes. It is not a ranking, a school rating, or advice to choose one place.

During the launch sale, one full comparison is $4.99, regularly $9.99. The 30-30 Plan is $9.99, regularly $19.99, for up to 30 reports in the 30-day access window. A single report can move to the 30-30 Plan for $5 while that report is still active. A free preview is a limited look at one comparison.

A stored report stays available for 30 days. Opening it again does not charge you again or count as a new comparison.

Figures can be incomplete, delayed, or estimated. Verify anything that would change a purchase, a lease, insurance, or school enrollment with the official source for that address.
